Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your online purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If for any reason, you have experienced irritation or an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 10% used.
If you’ve used more than 20% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
We can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
Please remember that all purchases are final and we do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
If the product you receive is faulty, damaged through postage or not what you ordered, please contact Customer Service on +61 448 778 840 or email email@example.com with your Name, Email, Phone Number, Description of the Product and Reason for return. We will then either replace the goods or credit you the full amount.
